This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Kindness- Cineáltas.
There are a number of activities, resources and videos on the site which you can prevail of.
I have included a list of daily kind acts which you could help your child complete at home throughout lockdown emphasising the importance of kindness towards others and themselves.
Also included are some kind behaviour posters showing positive behaviour towards others and all living things as well as some mindfulness colouring sheets to complete.
