Reading online websites
Dear parents/guardians,
Thousands of free books to read online - all of which have quizzes on the Accelerated Reader Programme. This app allows children to follow the text while they either listen to the book being narrated online or they simply read themselves or with an adult.
1.Google Renaissance Learning scroll down and click the bar ‘start reading’. Choose a book from the different categories and hit the green bar at the bottom of the page to begin reading. Additional page features allow pupils to click on a word to reread the word/ sentence again or to see the dictionary meaning if that word. Excellent choice of books for all levels.
2. Folens ...also free access to books.
