CBS Pupils Visit Ulster Rugby - Wed 01 Mar 2017

Christian Brothers’ Visit Ulster Rugby.

The primary seven pupils at the Christian Brothers’ Primary School had a wonderful time recently when they visited the Kingspan Stadium in Belfast, the home of Ulster Rugby.  The C.B.S. boys and girls have been participating in rugby coaching every Monday in the school organised by Harry Doyle from Armagh Rugby Club.  The Greenpark pupils have been really enjoying the sessions and will be competing in a blitz in the Palace Grounds to showcase their new found skills.

To finish the rugby coaching, Harry was liaising with Ulster Rugby to organise the trip to the Kingspan.  The Christian Brothers’ pupils had a fantastic time touring around the stadium, watching the Ulster players train in the gym and spending time in the Nevin Spence Centre.
A wonderful time was had by all and the pupils and staff at the C.B.S. would like to thank Harry for organising the trip and for the fantastic coaching sessions he has been putting on over the last number of months.
